New Passports

Complete form, 2 photos (one countersigned) birth certificate, Mother's birth certificate (if born before 1982) cerificate of naturalization ( if not born bermudian)

Please ensure that you are on the register of Bermudians. We can help you with that. 

Lost Passport

If your passport is lost, there is an additional form we will complete for you and plus all the information you require for a new passport. 

How long does it take?

The Passport office requires 11 - 14 weeks to process your passport.  If the passport is required sooner, we will do our best to expedite.  The passport office charge an additional fee for this service. 

Countersignatory

The counter signatory who will sign your photo and your form is someone who has known you for at least 2 years and should be a professional e.g a pastor, policeman, teacher, office manager, business owner. 

If we at MoneyShop have known you for 2 years then we will countersign. 

In the case of a child, it will be a counter signatory who has known the parent for at least 2 years. 

Please include a printed name of the person signing and their capacity as signatures are sometimes hard to read. 

Passport Renewals

Completed form, 2 photos (one countersigned), expired passport.  

If the passport is not recently expired we like to include the birth certificate also. 

Holder registered as a Bermudian

We will ensure this is stamped in your passport. 

Child's passport

There is a different form for children and they are only issued for 5 years.
